With multiple modes to help you track and interpret your heart rate as you exert, the easy to read Ironman Road Trainer helps you reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently. And, thanks to digital transmission between the watch and monitor, the Ironman Road Trainer will not be affected by other heart rate monitors and/or electrical equipment near you.

Critical Performance Monitoring:
Wearing this performance watch, you can preset your desired heart rate target zone to one of six ranges, review your workout average, and meet your peak heart rate during every workout. The watch provides feedback on critical information including the amount time you're spending in your desired heart rate exercise zone, and lets you know when you're above or below that zone. After an interval or a workout, the recovery heart rate timer measures your recovery time, and lets you know what your average heart rate was over a lap or through the workout, how long you spend in the target zone, and even how many calories you burned. Additional training tools on the Ironman include a 50-lap memory with average heart rate per lap, a 100-hour chronograph with lap and split, and a 100-hour, 22-mode countdown timer. There's also an alarm with a five-minute backup. If you're working out at night, turn on the INDIGLO night-light feature to see your results in any light conditions. Built for active use in any conditions, the watch is water-resistant to 100 meters and features an adjustable elastic strap and replaceable battery.
